These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Mint Window Cleaning ("we", "us", "our") to residential and commercial customers across Melbourne. By requesting a quote or booking a service with us, you agree to the terms below.
Quotes are based on the information and photos you provide, or on a site visit where required. If the scope of work differs materially from what was described or photographed once we arrive on site (for example, additional windows, heavier-than-expected buildup, or restricted access), we'll let you know and confirm any change in price before starting work.
You're responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property on the scheduled day, including unlocking gates, disabling alarms if relevant, and securing pets. If we're unable to access the property at the scheduled time, we may need to reschedule the job.
We understand plans change. You can cancel or reschedule a booking at any time with no fee. If we arrive at the scheduled time and are unable to access the property or complete the job through no fault of our own (for example, nobody home, gate locked, or site inaccessible), we reserve the right to charge a reasonable call-out fee to cover travel and time.
If weather makes it unsafe or impractical to complete a job as scheduled, we'll reschedule at no additional cost.
If you're not happy with the result, let us know within 30 days of the job and we'll come back to make it right, free of charge.
Mint Window Cleaning holds $5 million public liability insurance. While we take care to protect your property, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage arising from conditions outside our control (such as deteriorated seals, cracked glass, or failing window fittings) that become apparent during cleaning.
For safety reasons, we don't carry out exterior cleaning above 10 metres or 3 storeys, and we don't service hospitals or aged care facilities. If your property falls outside this scope, let us know and we can discuss options.
We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page.
